A complimentary coffee station is also available to help start your mornings right. 🛁 Bathroom The bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower, bright vanity lighting, and bold black-and-white finishes that offer both style and function. Essentials like plush towels, shampoo, body wash, and hand soap are provided for a polished and comfortable experience. 🧺 Laundry The stacked washer and dryer are located just inside the back door, complete with detergent and dryer sheets—great for longer stays or active adventures. 🌿 Outdoor Space Step out the back of the cottage to a small outdoor area—perfect for a morning coffee or evening breeze. This peaceful pocket of privacy offers a serene escape in the middle of the city. You’ll also find a fun turf-lined corner with outdoor chairs, a fire pit, and a horseshoe toss game—perfect for casual hangouts, cozy evenings, or a lighthearted competition under the sun. 🍼 Family-Friendly Amenities Traveling with kids? We’ve included a pack-n-play and high chair to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. 🅿️ Parking You’ll have access to two clearly labeled parking spaces: one inside the detached garage (marked with Unit C on the garage door) and one directly behind it. Vermijo Cottage is located on the same property with its own private gated entrance, just a short walk from the garage. There is also one street parking spot available directly in front of the cottage. Guest access 🔑 You'll have full access to the entire home Unit #C, including all bedrooms, living areas, the kitchen, and outdoor spaces. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy everything the space has to offer. If you have any questions or need anything during your stay, just let us know—we’re happy to help! Other things to note 📜 Rental Agreement For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels. We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee $20 per half hour late. 💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed.
