Private and quiet, with open space view out the back windows. The hot tub was sublime! One of the best I've ever been in - you can target anywhere on your back, shoulders, hips by choosing your seat. Note that it is shared with the big house.<br/>Some reviews noted that the master bed is firm - it has a memory foam on top of the mattress so we found it comfy. The internet dropped out at times, but it was sufficient for my husband to work. The kitchen had everything we needed. That said, we cooked very little. It did have a good pan to fry eggs! Note that there are no closets. There is a rack on the wall for hanging clothes and the nightstands have deep drawers so they hold a surprising amount. Room under the beds to stash luggage. All we needed.<br/>Location is close to Old Colorado City with all it has to offer. It is quick to jump on the Interstate, and quick to get on 24 to head to Manitou Springs or Woodland Park or beyond.<br/>I'd stay there again!
