Grossly overpriced rental with outdated photos<br/>Four password attempts, only one worked (not the last one)<br/>Second floor toilet never functioned despite promises to resolve<br/>Pool under renovation with tree growing out of it - unsafe concrete pit with no security gate - learned by my youngest child exploring the backyard<br/>Overgrown lawn, broken trampoline, unsafe playground, wobbly cornhole boards, dirty hot tub<br/>Dirty dishes needing to be washed<br/>Dining table that collapsed as we ate dinner our first night there<br/>Porch sliding door lock broken (we needed to fix it). Basement shower leaked (we fixed it). <br/>WiFi password: “5starsplease!” - ironic given the experience<br/>Pool workers arrived randomly without notice, blocking driveway, making porch/yard unusable<br/>We cleaned the house ourselves to make it livable while we were there<br/>No follow-up on promised repairs<br/>The beds were comfy though<br/>Would not recommend This is an excellent place to stay if you have a large group. The children had such a fun time playing in the back yard. Kaitlyn was an excellent host, she was very helpful and responsive. We would love to visit this house again when the pool is up and running!😊 D

Smooth process
Everything went well. Communication was great and they gave me and my family our privacy. The hose was very responsive and very quick. She answered any questions. The house itself was very nice. It accommodated us perfectly. Very big spaces for families and a lot of activities for the kids to use. They were definitely kept busy the days we were there.
