🔑 Quarry Base is a private basement unit in a duplex. You’ll have exclusive access to your unit, including the kitchen, living spaces, bedrooms, and bathroom. The backyard is shared with the upstairs unit, but there’s plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. You are welcome to make use of everything available to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Please feel free to let us know if there's anything specific you'd like to know about the property or if you have any special requests during your stay. We want to ensure that you have a wonderful time while you're here.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

Kaitlyn’s place was beyond amazing! I stayed for a week to celebrate my birthday. From the amazing views and hellos from wild deer to the serenity of the area and how quiet and friendly her neighborhood is. Someone was staying above me at the time and you will hear footsteps here and there but other than that it was super quiet. Kaitlyn was very flexible and communicative throughout the trip and didn’t forget to check on me! Everything was clean and looked just like the pictures. She even had a booklet of activities for all year round. She was stocked on seasonings and basic needs that you would require for a stay. For a person that visited during the colder months I can say that there was never a moment where I was cold, she made sure the heat and hot water was perfect ! I recommend this place to couples or small families and I would definitely book again. Thank you Kaitlyn for helping make this birthday special and I will definitely be back soon❤️ Anthony
