You will have the entire unit to yourself, including a private backyard!
1. Enter through the front door of the house with our keyless entry so that you can come and go as you please during your stay. As you walk through the front door you will be welcomed by the the perfect little kitchen a high top dining table. The living room is perfectly set up with a little desk if you need a place to work, a smart TV so that you can log into your steaming account and pick up right where you left off before your travels, and a plush sofa that doubles into a single bed in case you need a little more sleeping room! The master has a king bed and a Roku TV to kick back and relax to after your adventurous day. The other guest bedroom has a comfortable queen bed for a peaceful night of sleep!
2. Your kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, drinking glasses, coffee cups, plates & bowls, microwave oven, toaster, cooking spices, and a Keurig. There is a large refrigerator with a freezer and a stovetop with oven as well for all your cooking needs.
3. Feel at home with stocked coffee pods, tea and creamer, and complimentary drinks and snacks.
4. For your convenience, the bathroom is well stocked with large fluffy towels, soft toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also provide feminine products and face wipes.
5. For the Kiddos: We happily provide a high chair and pack n play for your little ones!
6. For those nights in or when you have time to spare, enjoy some games we have provided under the TV in the living rom!
7. Alley Access: Please note that the entrance to this property is located off an alley. While the alley provides privacy and ease of access, we recommend reviewing your check-in instructions carefully to locate the entrance without any hassle.

The cottage was great! Super cute and cozy. Lots of space for parking. The hosts were very responsive and check in/check out was a breeze. Was told there was a dishwasher, there is not. There were some interesting stains in the hall floor that looked like it could be blood maybe. House got extremely hot and the window units were only in the bedroom, overall it was okay but the conversation about the dishwasher wasn’t fun because I had to reiterate numerous times that there wasn’t one and ultimately had to send a photo, it was decently affordable but the lack of a dishwasher and washer & dryer would have changed my mind if I had known. I chose Kaitlyn’s cottage as it was close to my father‘s apartment complex. My dad got out of the hospital 3 days prior to my arrival. As he is 84 years old, he was very frail & weak. I really didn’t think much about the place I was choosing to stay in except that I wanted it to be close & not too high priced. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was very quaint, cute nicely appointed , clean and stacked with some basic items like pasta, soup, spices snacks, coffee creamer, etc. I felt very safe and secure with the exterior automatic lighting, digital locking doors, & Knowing that Kaitlyn was just a phone call away. I took my dad to 6 MD appointments, got his care plan figured out, took care of his medication and grocery needs. He is feeling much better & stronger, on his way to recovery & independence. As I will visit him again, I would definitely like to stay at the cottage again. There was also a very nice backyard fire pit &Adirondack chair set that looked very inviting. It was our first time visiting Colorado Springs and this place made it so much more enjoyable! Great location and very quiet and private I would recommend staying here anytime! Our hosts were friendly and responsive! We can’t wait to visit again! Thank you guys for a memorable trip!
