I would say overall the stay was fine. The place is cute and was clean. Please heed the reviews about the noise. This spot is a house that was turned into two units and you can hear EVERYTHING if there are guests staying in the other unit. It sounds like they are in the same room. We heard every sneeze, laugh, conversation. We had to check out a day early because it was so bad. For the price, I would recommend staying at the hotel down the street. You’ll have more privacy and amenities. Really enjoyed our stay. Great location near the Arkansas river and several restaurants/shops. Short walk to the main strip downtown, beautiful views, clean place with everything you need. Buena Vista is awesome, would definitely stay again! The host was phenomenal. Proactive and responsive. Being so close to the riverwalk portion of town, it was especially serene and charming. The unit does share walls with other units and you can hear them. Host provides ear plugs to alleviate, but we felt it wasn't necessary. Just a head's up and certainly not a reason to shy away!
