Please feel free to use the full size stacked washer and dryer and make use of all the amenities we provide! Make yourself at home and you won't want to leave!

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. I didn't realize this was a basement property. There was decent window light but definitely noise from the upstairs house (walking & dropping things). This place is beautifully decorated and in the heart of a very quaint, lovely part of Buena Vista. The Surf Hotel nearby is fun to explore and the walking trails and restaurants and shops are all easy to walk to. It was very convenient to go the hot springs, amazing waterfall hike and also just so comfortable to hang out at home. The apartment is set up with great kitchen ware and the hosts left great, personal touches everywhere. The only downside is the noise from the upper floor. Maybe an ideal place for early risers! Awesome place right downtown in BV. Super easy to walk everywhere. I would stay again!
