Amenities
First off, the property is operated from a 3rd party called “Renjoy” and not Kaitlyn.
Was never told the code for the lock on the outside door, and then was never told the code for our room. Once we asked for the code, we were told they were “working on it” multiple times and proceeded to never get a code our whole trip; the 3rd party and “Kaitlyn” gave us two seperate codes when each asked more than once, causing confusion between everyone involved.
Everytime we had to get into the building/room it took on average 10 min waiting time for a response/*new* code everytime.
The place was well kept however the heater could not be turned off when you turned the knob to “off”, and it didn’t feel like the A/C worked at all (we had to open windows and still didn’t sleep well).
Even after all of this, we only got a 30% refund after I negotiated it from 20%.
