⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

This place was GREAT. Kaitlyn was such a good host and made our stay very pleasant! When we come back to CO we will be staying at this place again! Perfect location, clean house, great atmosphere! Michael

The Good: place was clean upon check in, description matched the place, friendly and responsive host,cozy, relatively affordable, nice kitchen, nice & private backyard.<br/>The Bad:unclear entry instructions, initially had a lapse in communication when requesting the combo to the key (it took the host 10 mins to get back with us).Lack of coffee for a week stay.<br/>The Ugly:Both TV’s were severely undersized and seemed to be fairly outdated. Especially the one in the living room, made it almost impossible to enjoy any gaming or enjoy any movies or shows.<br/>Constructive feedback: I would recommend that the grill bristle brush should be replaced with a scrub daddy brush. There has been numerous amounts of reports of the metal bristles getting stuck on the grates, then getting on the food.<br/>Another thing would be to have more coffee available for individuals who stay for a week or longer. Additionally the TV’s need a big upgrade. Overall the AirBnB was warm, welcoming, and cozy. 4 ⭐️ out of 5 ⭐️ S

The location was perfect, quiet and convenient. Easy to get to our areas of interest. The property was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to spent a perfect weekend together as s family. Especially loved the kitchen, well equipped for us to prepare meals. The host was very attentive and quick to respond. Check-in and check-out was simple and fast. We loved this property and will definitely be staying here the next time we visit Colorado Springs with family . Highly recommended.
