Welcome to Unit #202. A beautifully designed loft featuring an open-concept layout, a striking spiral staircase, and a private balcony. Whether you're visiting for work or leisure, this upper-level retreat offers a stylish and comfortable stay in the heart of Colorado Springs.

⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

Great place, very clean, and close to great local restaurants and shops. Host recognized and issue with the provided door code before I checked in and proactively corrected it before I even knew there was an issue. We had a great little vacation in the Springs! The Airbnb was cute and cozy—very clean, easy to find, and in a great location close to lots of places. It was the perfect spot for a quick relaxing getaway! Austin

Beautiful spot located close to downtown Colorado Springs! We had an issue in Denver and wanted to get out to a slower pace while in the middle of our trip, Kaitlyn responded extremely quickly and was able to help us out and get us in by the end of the day. The space was absolutely perfect for two people and very eclectic! Jose Manuel

Great place to get to know the downtown of Colorado Springs area, pretty clean and affordable price. I would definitely recommend it.
