Shady Grove was perfect for our family.  Having 2 living areas was great- super comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, and air conditioning!!! It was a nice location- close to everything you need , but not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. Perfect for Parent's Weekend at USAFA. Everything looked updated- super cute house.  Would stay again!!!

Our group of 8 women had an absolutely wonderful stay Whitewater Villa!The property is beautiful - spacious and clean with a lovely kitchen, large and comfortable bedrooms with little nooks and areas throughout this huge house to sit by yourself, read or play games. It is walking distance to the Whitewater Trail, cute shops, coffee places, restaurants and a great brewery. We spent several hours at Mt. Princeton Hot Springs which was a very easy drive from the property. Our host, Kaitlyn, was incredibly attentive and responsive!  We would highly recommend this property for bigger groups and families!

The day that we got there in the afternoon, the electricity in the wall to the kitchen was out. I was able to communicate this with the host and they were able to get it fixed by the next day as it was Sunday evening when the electricity went out. Overall a good stay. And a lovely home.

One small feedback : not all people even in family would prefer 3-in-1 liquid (shampoo+conditioner+bodywash). Kaitlyn was so helpful and gave us  some recommendations of where to go. We did do her recommendations and our family loved it. The train was good and our grandson loved it. Kaitlyn answered any questions and asked if we needed anything else after we checked in. Communicates well and is always around if you need anything. Would recommend her house to others.

Wonderful stay for parents weekend with the AFA! The backyard was the perfect hang out spot! We ate dinner outside both nights and spent lots of time on their backyard putting green and then relaxed in the hot tub. Great home for families with kids.

We really enjoyed our time there. While we didn’t get a chance to enjoy all of the amenities, there was plenty of space and it was a great setup. It was perfect for our needs which was a quiet space to spend some quality time with our son for the long weekend.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We had both sets of grandparents plus our kids for a very enjoyable weekend. The house was very big compared to many we have rented. The backyard was perfect for BBQ and front porch for sunsets. Short walk to downtown and the New Santa Fe trail is steps away for daily runs. We enjoyed our stay here and would book again. We had zero issues, but whenever we reached out to Kaitlyn she responded almost immediately. Worth the price we paid.

We have stayed in Colorado Springs twice per year (or more) over the past 4 years, and this house takes the cake.  The back deck and its view of the mountains are amazing and relaxing.  6 comfortable bedrooms, lots of outdoor space to relax and enjoy, and close to lots of amenities in town.  First class stay all around!

We came to town for the Labor Day Lift off at memorial park and the location was perfect.  We were able to walk to the festivities.  The Airbnb was perfect … loved the nice bathtub and the mattress and pillows were perfect.  Parking right beside the room.  Katlyn with Renjoy was always responsive to messages. This two bedroom, one bath cottage was comfortable and cozy. One bed is very soft and the other is a little firmer, but both were comfortable and had plenty of pillows and blankets and both rooms were dark when the lights were off. The bathroom is very small, but it had all the essentials and the water stayed hot even after everyone showered. The kitchen had the essentials and some spices, but we didn't have time to cook. There was cold waters in the fridge waiting for us when we checked in so that was very nice! We didn't use the outside fireplace so I can't comment on it. We did use the front porch to have our coffee in the morning and it was a very nice place to sit. People walked by and said hello and there is a little view of the mountain. The host is very responsive and always available within a few minutes.

We enjoyed our stay! The house has plenty of room, is well laid out, and decorated to feel comfortable and thoughtful of everything you need. The traffic from the road was more than we expected but the sound from the river, amazing star gazing from the upstairs deck, and convience of walking out and fly fishing was fantastic. Christopher is a great host with proactive communication, helpful early check in and even recommendations on which flies to use for fishing. We appreciated him and his great place for a short family getaway and would recommend.

The River House was a perfect landing spot for us after long days fly fishing Deckers.  It felt like home away from home.  We enjoyed a glass of wine on the front patio and broke bread at the kitchen table each evening.  The soothing sound of the water from the river led us to sleep well each night.  Overall- Chris was a great host and was very communicative.  I highly recommend his place and we plan to be back again!

Highly recommend for others looking to explore the beautiful Deckers area, with the comforts of a squeaky-clean, clutter-free newer home with plenty of space for multiple guests.  Highlight was a hike in Cheesman Canyon, which I also highly recommend.

Christopher, the host made my first time using a short term rental a breeze. His communication and professional is top tier. Using the app was a last minute decision due to hotels not being in close proximity to our jobsite. His responsiveness took away all the anxiety. The River House relieved the pains of the hard work that the crew and I endured all day. Coming back to house after work was very peaceful and relaxing. The river is close, so you can sit on the deck or patio and see and hear the tranquil sounds of the flowing waters. Definitely a great location for the dedicated fly fishermen and outdoor enthusiasts. We loved our stay so much, we booked another week without hesitation or the thought of shopping around for a different location. Thanks again Christopher, we are blessed to have stayed at your home.
