🔑 While staying in our home, you will have full access to the main part of the house to include the hot tub for enjoyment at any time, the fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, as well as the screened-in covered porch which are all private areas of the house for this listing. You may also access and used the shared laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer! Our goal is for you to not only make yourself at home, but to truly feel at home and at peace while staying here in OCC!
Similar to a hotel room, we rent out the master bedroom/bathroom unit which is on the other end of the house, completely separate with its own private entrance, and keyless entry to the shared laundry room, which is the only shared area.

Birthday getaway
Wow! The pictures do not disappoint. The house is beautiful, and I love the sunroom. We had all the amenities we needed; the house was perfect for us four girls and we had so much fun using the hot tub and the indoor shuffleboard. I love the "welcome" sign in the kitchen. This is a keeper on my list. Yours truly,Robin Lugar muy cómodo, limpio y acogedor Kaitlyn was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful with any questions we had! Excellent space in the Springs close to many area attractions! Nestled in the mountains with gorgeous views.
