I had a wonderful long stay! The apartment itself was , comfortable, and had everything I needed for a one month visit. The host was incredibly responsive and fixed problems I had quickly. The space felt welcoming and thoughtfully put together.<br/>Overall, a great experience and a lovely home to come back to after exploring the area! Would definitely recommend. Francisco

Loved my stay here at pikes peak! Will definitely be booking again if I’m ever in the area again. My host was always super helpful and assistive and anytime I had a question, i always had a response in no time! Great place, loved the aesthetics of it, and super clean and well maintained. 10/10 would recommend. Also greatly priced. The property had issues with AC. Basically, a few electric outlets did not work including the ones for the split AC, and a few lamps. Not surprised because they were on a extension cord including the split AC which is unsafe. the property advertises a 2 beds, but it's a one bedroom with one king bed, plus a sofa bed which is okay if they provided all bedding material for the sofa bed. During my stay it, we did not have a comforter. It's a multi occupant property so be ready to hear squeaky footsteps from the occupants in the above level. it's pretty loud given the age of the property. We reserved for 4 noghts, but stayed only 2 nights for all the above mentioned issues. Host was very responsive and was apologetic after I notified her of the issues, but fixing was too late before my family couldn't beat it anymore. Two nights without AC with little kids was too much for us, we left early. Host refunded for the left nights and also partially for the nights we did stay in discomfort The place was great. It was clean and easy to get to. The location was ideal for my travel needs. It had all the amenities that I needed.<br/>The AC unit stopped working on my second to last day there. Fortunately, the weather turned cool, so it was not an issue.
