Here’s hoping they fix the dryer that didn’t produce heat, the low water pressure, the thermostat fixed to where it doesn’t say “unsafe to operate”, and make sure utensils in drawer aren’t dirty. Communication with their rental agency was horrible. Here I am letting them know the exact problem with the dryer and they respond with directions on how to use a dryer. Bothered is an understatement

I missed the listing description that said no ac. But every single bedroom had a fan. So it was not a problem at all. We opened windows-felt safe and comfortable. We were not disturbed by outside noise. <br/>The house was very clean. Safety strips on stairs. A few things showed wear - but all was clean. Throws on chairs, full kitchen supplies, plenty of space to spread out! Books and games were available too. Every time I needed something, it was found easily!<br/>Con. I am a high water pressure kinda gal and would have appreciated a little more kick there. But it was fine to shower etc. <br/>The cleaning expectations were reasonable and the information was easy to find. We had fast responses to texts and questions. <br/>I was confused by the check in directions until I realized that they accidentally included an extra step for another location! But easily solved once I read it again! <br/> The walkway and driveway provided easy access and the door code/lock/entry space was good.

A great stay for our family when visiting family and the area! High chair was handy; we had to improvise on barriers for stairs for our recent walker, and was nice to have multiple tubs for baths. Doing laundry, dryer left clothes a little damp (probably heating element needing replacement). Garage was a nice space to work on bike repair. Although no A/C, the fans helped keep the house cool at night. Neighborhood felt safe. Thanks!
