🔑 You will have access to the entire townhouse! This includes the washer and dryer as well which is available for use during your stay at any time In addition, enjoy having access to the pool during your stay since we are right on the bay with no beach access.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. Cozy apartment for a busy tennis family!! We had matches at IMG and this location was perfectly located a short drive from IMG and a short drive to beautiful beaches and restaurants! Fully equipped with laundry, dishes and pans for cooking and clean and comfortable bedrooms! Will return for our next trip and we highly recommend for a relaxing weekend or for active families.
