🔑 Guests have full access to the lower-level unit, including the living room, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry. Guest will also have use of the shared patio space just outside. The backyard is shared with the upper unit. One off-street parking spot is available via the alley, and street parking is also available in front. If you have any questions or need anything during your stay, just let us know—we’re happy to help!

For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process
For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply
We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels. We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee
$20 per half hour late.
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
🔊 Potential Noise: As this is a lower-level unit, please note that occasional footsteps or activity from the upper unit may be audible during your stay. However, strict quiet hours are enforced to ensure a peaceful environment.

Amenities
The apartment was adequate for a family of four and met our basic needs. The host was very nice and easy to reach, which we appreciated. However, there were several issues in the basement that needed to be reported, including a dishwasher that didn’t work (I need to handwash dishes) a coffee maker that wasn’t functioning (though there was an extra machine available), no extra comforter (we have to request one), no cooking oil, and no blender provided which would have been helpful. <br/>There was also noticeable noise from the upstairs, and the cleanliness was acceptable but not impressive. While the stay was overall okay, there is room for improvement in maintenance and amenities. Needless to say, having to report multiple issues took time away from enjoying our time. <br/>Would rent again if these items are addressed. Sai Kiran

It is a really nice basement apartment, it was quite spacious, and we loved that there was 2 bathrooms as we are a family of 6. We had a great stay! Thank you for hosting us!
