🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

The host does use a third party check-in service or manager that made it really frustrating when I tried to check in early. We thought we had it worked out but “had to clear it with the corporate oversight” so when we arrived the conversation we had wasn’t shared and we couldn’t get in. The home is located on a very busy road.
<br/>I been in law enforcement for 20 years and the sight of many homeless individuals was not comforting. Issues found with home were:<br/>-the home smells of cigarette smoke
<br/>-black bugs flying around in the home while crawling on walls/ceiling.
<br/>-the dishes were not clean
-the sheets for all beds were very thin and some were rough to the touch.
<br/>—there was one towel per guest. The towels were very rough.
<br/>-the washer does not function.
<br/>-there is a pipe leading from the hot water heater to a hole in the floor downstairs. There is mold surrounding this opening. <br/>-there were bugs on the sofa bed sheet, the sheet was stained and there was black hair on the sheet.
<br/>-woke up with two bugs crawling on right leg after sleeping on sofa bed.
<br/>-the carpet downstairs was “rundown” and soiled in many spots. It needs to be replaced. <br/>Home needs to be “deep cleaned”, maintenance completed. I have much more to comment, but not enough room. <br/>In my opinion, do n
