📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

Все сподобалось !<br/>Рекомендую The place is affordable and has plenty of room for the location. Close to pikes peak and worked well for us. The host does use a third party check-in service or manager that made it really frustrating when I tried to check in early. We thought we had it worked out but “had to clear it with the corporate oversight” so when we arrived the conversation we had wasn’t shared and we couldn’t get in. D

Family stayed for a week. Great amount of space in bedrooms and living spaces. Clean and full of useful essentials. Central location kept us close to anywhere we wanted to go.Small maintenance items were addressed during the stay.
