Welcome to the serene Oak Hills Clubhouse, a spacious home designed for relaxation and connection. While you’ll enjoy private access to the main levels of the house, please note that the basement unit is rented separately, with its own private entrance.

During your stay, you will have access to the entire house except the basement unit, which we rent out separately with it's own private entrance!

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. Everything was great with our stay. The house is amazing, and the host was very responsive and proactive. The location was amazing for access to North Gate of USAFA. Thanks for helping our family have a great stay. Highly recommend! My 5 friends and I had an absolutely amazing stay. The rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, entertainment amenities and swift responsiveness from our host Kaitlyn were all wonderful. We throughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this property. Very spacious and the most stunning and fabulous showers. We left a wine opener so that the next guests that get the chance to stay at this extraordinary and beautiful home can easily pop the cork and celebrate.
