🔑 Quarry Peak is a private upstairs unit in a duplex. You’ll have exclusive access to your unit, including the kitchen, living spaces, bedrooms, and bathroom. The backyard is shared with the downstairs unit, but there’s plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. You are welcome to make use of everything available to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Please feel free to let us know if there's anything specific you'd like to know about the property or if you have any special requests during your stay. We want to ensure that you have a wonderful time while you're here.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

This place is very functional for a local stay and a great deal compared to other places in the area. Whilst ‘basic’, it’s clean, warm, safe and has all the amenities you need for a stay. On top of that, the company that hosted us was very responsive and proactive. I feel confident if I’d had an issue they’d have resolved it swiftly. Danielle

It was my family’s first time visiting here and we couldn’t have picked a better place. Beautiful views and great location. The host gave clear and easy directions about check in/out making our stay very enjoyable. There was also a goodie basket with treats I loved this little touch !🤍 <br/>The wildlife does come out at night, we saw deers multiple times throughout our stay. Charles

The pictures look much better than real life. The kitchen is nice and living room is spacious. However, the bathroom needs a lot of updating and one of the bedrooms smelled like smoke. Also, the fire pit did not look like the pictures and the indoor fire alarm goes off if the bathroom door is left open while showering. <br/>The home is owned by Renjoy and, unlike other Air BnB hosts, they use a separate online check-in that doesn’t work well with certain mobile browsers and asks for extensive personal information. We had to wait about 30 minutes to get our door code. Additionally, I received 2-3 marketing texts and emails from Renjoy during our 3 day stay. Some of Renjoy other homes in the area look nice but likely would not stay here again for the price. Johnny
