🔑 Quarry Peak is a private upstairs unit in a duplex. You’ll have exclusive access to your unit, including the kitchen, living spaces, bedrooms, and bathroom. The backyard is shared with the downstairs unit, but there’s plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. You are welcome to make use of everything available to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Please feel free to let us know if there's anything specific you'd like to know about the property or if you have any special requests during your stay. We want to ensure that you have a wonderful time while you're here.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

The pictures look much better than real life. The kitchen is nice and living room is spacious. However, the bathroom needs a lot of updating and one of the bedrooms smelled like smoke. Also, the fire pit did not look like the pictures and the indoor fire alarm goes off if the bathroom door is left open while showering. <br/>The home is owned by Renjoy and, unlike other Air BnB hosts, they use a separate online check-in that doesn’t work well with certain mobile browsers and asks for extensive personal information. We had to wait about 30 minutes to get our door code. Additionally, I received 2-3 marketing texts and emails from Renjoy during our 3 day stay. Some of Renjoy other homes in the area look nice but likely would not stay here again for the price. Johnny

Kaitlyn’s house was in a very quiet and perfect location. It was close to everything and in a great neighborhood so it was quiet and peaceful especially with the mountains outside the back door. The place was very clean and had great secluded parking in the back. A great place to stay Jennifer

Kaitlyn was very responsive as a host. The kitchen appeared to be recently renovated and had new appliances, as well as all the expected amenities. Unfortunately, we had several issues with the property. There was an unpleasant smell throughout the home. The entire rental, although partially renovated, was old. The bathroom was in need of a renovation and there was mold on the shower walls. The sofa had stains. Also, the property description has conflicting information (2 queen beds but the picture indicates a king and a queen). There was a nice view of the mountains, but the backyard setting was unappealing. We were disappointed in our stay, but Kaitlyn was responsive to our concerns.
