This includes bedrooms, living spaces, the kitchen, a shared backyard, and everything else the downstairs space has. Feel free to use everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. If you have any questions about the property or special requests, just let us know. We want to make sure you have a great time during your stay.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

10/10 would recommend to family and friends! I will be coming back to stay where for my next visit. Extremely clean and spacious. The apartment was perfect — spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything I needed. It’s a cozy basement unit in a quiet area but still very close to downtown and the highway, which made getting around super easy. Great stay overall!
