This includes bedrooms, living spaces, the kitchen, a shared backyard, and everything else the downstairs space has. Feel free to use everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. If you have any questions about the property or special requests, just let us know. We want to make sure you have a great time during your stay.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

The apartment was perfect — spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything I needed. It’s a cozy basement unit in a quiet area but still very close to downtown and the highway, which made getting around super easy. Great stay overall! Trenten

This was our 4th stay at a Renjoy location. We always are impressed with the cleanliness & amenities of the units, it's always a very comfortable stay. Would recommend. This was a nice place to stay and was very centrally located to all we wanted to do while in Colorado. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen needed some more items to make cooking in easier, big mixing bowls and pans. The kitchen table was very small and made eating for 4 a little cramped but we did eat on the outside table so that was helpful. We did have a couple maintenance issues, main bedroom lights did not work and the window handle was broken. We sent emails and while we were there 7 days, it was never fixed. Also I had emailed before coming to ask about air conditioning and I was told yes there was central air by Kaitlyn. We found this to not be true, there was only two vents in the entire place and one was in the kitchen, and one was in the corner of the living room. And while I know, air conditioning was not mentioned and the humidity when I went back to look, Kaitlyn did email me and tell me that there was air conditioning. Thankfully, they have fans for each room. We enjoyed our stay here greatly! It was in a convenient location and had everything we needed at a great price. Kaitlyn was courteous and a pleasure to speak with.
