🔑 Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie, and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, ensure identity verification, and enhance the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL.

❄️ Type of Cooling for the Home:
2 mini-split AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area, if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees, it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

Wonder stay over the Christmas holiday
We had 12 of us in our family, from 3 locations around the US, come stay at this wonderful cabin! It was a great, comfortable place and we enjoyed the cabin immensely. It was very clean and enough space for all of us to sleep including the 2 pullout beds. Living room was a little short on seating but that didn’t stop us from reminiscing and talking.every night. I would highly recommend staying at this cabin.
