The space
Originally built in the late 1800s and recently renovated, this Victorian-style house is situated in the charming downtown area of Colorado Springs. Conveniently located for a night out on the town or a serene evening under the stars, the mornings offer an opportunity to explore numerous interesting businesses, excellent restaurants, and engaging activities within walking distance.

Guests have access to private parking located in the alley behind both properties. This convenient entrance provides easy access to the home and ensures a smooth arrival and departure experience.

Enjoy full access to the main house and everything in it. Make yourself at home with full use of the kitchen and laundry room. The backyard is shared with our one-bedroom guesthouse, which is available to rent via Airbnb should you need more room for friends or family.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement. We look forward to hosting you!
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing pets, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per pet, collected after booking, A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
⚠️ Downtown Location: Since we are so close and walking distance to downtown, there are occasionally transients nearby. Our home is safe, fully-fenced, and we've never had any issues with trespassing. However, if you are from the suburbs and used to never seeing those in need, our home might not be the best fit for you. Like most downtown cities, there are sometimes homeless people in the area.
🛁 Hot Tub: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub so that it is clean and sanitary for all of our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at crazy cold temperatures in the winter—sometimes as low as 48°. Our hot tub heats at about 6° per hour, which means it will reach 102° later in the evening if it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive, but rest assured it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.

was perfect for what we needed. very kid friendly. would definitely stay again The Corona Victorian was cozy and VERY close to everything downtown; with that said - there is a lot of foot traffic. The shared private parking in the back was a perk. The three bedrooms were perfectly adequate for a family of five-you could probably comfortably fit 1-2 more folks with the fold out couch in the living room. The kitchen is large and cooking utensils are well furnished. The dedicated laundry space was an excellent amenity. We enjoyed our stay. ❤️ Wonderful property with cute victorian charm and a lovely little backyard area with a hot tub and fire pit!! and an in unit washer and dryer 11/10!! was perfect for my partner, myself and my immediate family and within walking distance of a mcdonalds and taco bell! We ended up in a bind and our stay at this home saved our trip! It had everything we needed. As a mom of three, it was so nice to have toiletries provided and plenty of space available to spread out!
