The space
Step inside Parkside Haven, a thoughtfully designed home that blends comfort and convenience. With inviting living areas, a spacious basement lounge, and well-appointed bedrooms, this home is perfect for families and groups.

🛋️ Living Areas
Gather in the main living room, where a fireplace, plush seating, and a Smart TV set the scene for cozy nights in. Large windows fill the space with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The basement lounge offers an additional gathering space, complete with a Smart TV, foosball table, and sleeper sofa—perfect for movie nights or friendly competition.
🚗 Parking
Guests have two designated parking spaces on the right side of the driveway. The driveway is shared with the back unit, so blocking access is not permitted. The garage is off-limits, and street parking is strictly prohibited due to an active bike lane please only use the designated parking spaces on the property.

🛁 Bathrooms
The home includes three bathrooms to accommodate guests comfortably. There is one full bathroom with a shower and bathtub, one three-quarter bathroom with a walk-in shower, and one half-bathroom located in the main living area. Each bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and essentials for a hassle-free stay.

The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, complimentary coffee, a coffee machine, and a variety of spices to enhance your home-cooked meals. With plenty of counter space, cooking is easy and enjoyable. The spacious dining area offers seating for the whole group, plus a high chair for little ones..

Step outside to the expansive backyard, where you’ll find stunning mountain views and plenty of space to relax. Soak in the private hot tub beneath the trees, unwind on the deck, or enjoy the fresh Colorado air in a peaceful setting.
Guest access
🔑 You'll have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, living areas, the kitchen, outdoor spaces and the Hot Tub. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy everything the space has to offer. If you have any questions or need anything during your stay, just let us know—we’re happy to help!
Other things to note
📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees
Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you'll choose one of two options:
Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card.
Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days.
Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment.
Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests can be arranged on request, subject to availability. These cover the cost of reworking the cleaning schedule or bringing in a second cleaner. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
🚗 Parking
Guests have two designated parking spaces on the right side of the driveway. The driveway is shared with the back unit, so guests must not block the driveway. The garage is not available for guest use.
🏠 Shared Property: Parkside Haven is located next to Parkside Ridge. The smaller unit is rented separately. Please be mindful of quiet hours and respect other guests on the property. If you're interested in renting both units together for more space, feel free to reach out for availability!
