The space
Champion Court is one half of a duplex designed with colorful accents and stylish details throughout. Guests have their own living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms, while enjoying access to shared spaces that bring fun and relaxation to the stay.

The backyard is shared with the other unit and includes a partial divider between the spaces. The game room, laundry, and driveway are also shared. This was a nice place to stay while on our honeymoon. It was pretty close to the surrounding areas where restaurants and shops were located. About a 12 min drive from Manitou Springs, Cog Railway, and The Swellings. The duplex was fully stocked. They do not offer propane for the fire pit. So please bring your own if you plan on using the pit. This is a duplex with a SHARED game room. Be aware that guest using the gameroom can be heard VERY easily. Seems like it would be better to rent the entire duplex if traveling with a family of 8 or more. Rooms were a great size. Gameroom seems to be set up for kids. most of the equipment seems a bit small for adults to use. Air hockey and Giant connect four seems to be good for adults. Please be sure not to LOCK YOURSELF IN THE GAMEROOM. When you shut the door it WILL NOT OPEN. It seems to be a safety measure set in play. Which is a good thing, you don't want random people walking in. Overall we enjoyed our stay and Katlyn And crew were amazing. Champion court was great place to stay. Just as listed, place was clean very beautiful decorated and very fully equipped, the views are amazing. Kids loved the game room and back yard! Will give this place 5 stars and host Kaitlyn was very responsive, helpful we are very happy with our stay! Wesley
