⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.
🏡 Private Entry: This is a garden-level basement unit with a private entry. Please note that this is a shared space with the tenants upstairs, so you may hear some noise from above.
🚭 No Smoking: Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere on the property.
✅ City Permit: Don't worry about your stay being cancelled at the last minute due to a violation from the City forcing the unit to shut down. We are permitted with the city.

The place was very clean upon arrival, and everything was neat and tidy. Literally nothing was an issue! The location was perfect for us, and being that close to manitou springs is definitely a plus! Would 100% recommend this place any other places managed by Kaitlyn! Me and my girlfriend had an amazing week here ! s

Weekend Getaway
Very beautiful and up kept property! had books and games so even with a night in we were still entertained! also loved the compliment snacks and drinks. it felt very most welcoming!
