📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

Had a great time staying at this place, the views were so beautiful. You’re looking right at the back of pikes peak with trees all around. The best part is definitely the loft with the little pop up window to look at the stars or the hot tub at night. Place was clean and had many towels and even sanitary pads. Would recommend. Our stay at Timber Peak couldn't have been any more enjoyable. From easy check in, super fast responses from the host, to just the sheer comfort and beauty of the cabin....this was by far the most memorable stay we've ever had. We will absolutely be back!! This place was awesome. You truly can’t beat the views. It was so cozy and had everything we needed. Had a rlly nice weekend w friends and it was able to fit a bunch of us. Would definitely recommend! The host was super quick to respond and we had no issues. The location of the cabin was beautiful and the house had everything we needed and then some. Kaitlyn was very easy to communicate with and prompt with her responses. <br/>We would definitely recommend this house and its location to anyone and will be back again!
