A plush gray sofa faces a white stone fireplace and Smart TV, creating a cozy focal point for relaxing evenings. For additional sleeping flexibility, the sofa easily converts into a queen-sized sleeper. The space features warm recessed lighting and individual portable AC units to ensure a cool, relaxing environment throughout your stay.

Where do I park?
You have exclusive access to two parking spots in the property's driveway.

🏡 Property Access: You'll have full access to the entire ground-level unit, including the living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, and shared backyard. Enter through the back entrance and enjoy the cozy, inviting layout. Please note that the upper unit interior and the upper deck are not available for this stay. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy all the amenities this space has to offer—if you have any questions or need assistance, just let us know!

$ Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
