The space
Experience the ultimate riverfront retreat at Riverside Oasis, a spacious property featuring three private units—Riverside Luau, Riverside Breeze, and Riverside Hut. Each unit offers a private living space, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms, making it ideal for large groups looking to enjoy both privacy and shared outdoor spaces.

Riverside Oasis comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests across all three units, offering a blend of shared and private spaces to ensure both comfort and convenience. Whether you're planning a family reunion, a group getaway, or a retreat with friends, this property provides the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy.

Cooking is a breeze with three fully stocked kitchens, each featuring stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the cookware you need. The kitchens also come stocked with essential spices, cookware, and modern conveniences to make meal prep effortless.

For your convenience, each unit includes an in-unit washer and dryer, fresh linens, extra towels, and all the essentials needed for a worry-free stay.

Plenty of parking is available, with dedicated spaces for each unit in the driveway or on the street.
Guest access
🔑 You'll have full access to all three private units, including bedrooms, living areas, and fully equipped kitchens, as well as exclusive access to the entire outdoor space. Enjoy the tiki hut, fire pit, BBQ grill, and scenic backyard all to yourself. If you have any questions or need anything during your stay, just let us know—we’re happy to help!
Other things to note
📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees
Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you'll choose one of two options:
Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card.
Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days.
Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment.
Pet Fee: For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted.
Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests can be arranged on request, subject to availability. These cover the cost of reworking the cleaning schedule or bringing in a second cleaner. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

This home is surrounded by nature along the Braden River, which is home to various wildlife, including alligators. Please exercise caution near the water, avoid swimming, and do not leave food outside, as it may attract animals. While the natural setting enhances the beauty of this retreat, we encourage guests to stay aware of their surroundings and respect local wildlife.
