River Park Studio is a cozy upper-level retreat designed for simplicity and comfort. With its bright windows, soft tones, and thoughtful layout, it offers a peaceful space to unwind after a day spent exploring Buena Vista’s trails and riverfront.

🔑 You’ll have private access to the entire River Park Studio apartment, including the living area, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. There are no outdoor areas or shared spaces in this apartment. The studio sits above the detached garage behind River Park Retreat, which is the main house on the property. Each unit has its own private entrance and no shared interior spaces. Guests traveling with larger groups can inquire about booking both units together, based on availability.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
