Whether you're relaxing with a movie or gathering with loved ones, this space is perfect for unwinding. The sofa converts into a pull-out bed for additional sleeping options.

The modern kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials for preparing home-cooked meals. A Keurig coffee maker and toaster are provided for added convenience. The adjacent dining area features a high-top table with barstool seating, making it a great spot to enjoy meals or plan the day's adventures.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
🏡 Separate Unit & Shared Outdoor Spaces:
Riverside Luau, Riverside Breeze, and Riverside Hut are separate units within the same property. While your indoor space is private, all outdoor amenities—including the tiki hut, fire pit, and seating areas—are shared among guests staying in other units.

Our stay at Riverside Breeze was wonderful! Kaitlyn was extremely responsive and always very fast to answer my questions. The home was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely be booking with her in the future. I'll start with the positive. The place is clean, quiet and the beds comfy.<br/>Plug in air freshener (very toxic btw) had to be put outside for our stay as it was extremely strong! Please stop with all the strong scents!<br/>The ceiling is 6'6" high, so if you're tall....??? It was uncomfortable for my husband! Kaitlyn responded to another review stating more mirrors were added. They were not. Still only one small mirror above sink in the very small bathroom.<br/>Place says stocked kitchen with all essentials (plates, bowls, wine glasses, toaster etc.). There were no bowls, wine glasses, pitcher, toaster or peeler. We brought leftover stew and oatmeal & planned a pitcher of herbal tea. Nope.<br/>Said it was stocked bathroom w/essentials, but no blowdryer, so bought one from target. I communicated a lot with an AI, not real person! 3 Bowls (not 6 as place sleeps), blowdryer and toaster arrived day before checkout. To sum it up, place not as described. Gaetano

This was a nice place for a few day stay. The yard was nice and although neighbors are nearby, it felt secluded. Overall a nice little place for a getaway to the area. Peaceful place to stay right on the river
