🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

🛁 Hot Tub: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub so that it is clean and sanitary for all of our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at crazy cold temperatures in the winter—sometimes as low as 48°. Our hot tub heats at about 6° per hour, which means it will reach 102° later in the evening if it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive, but rest assured it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.View More

This place was so cute! Almost to old Colorado city which was perfect for us with all of our plans. Close to the I25 to zip you anywhere you need to go! The surrounding houses aren’t as well kept as this but once you are inside it’s beautiful and cozy and very inviting! Kitchen has everything you need! Hot tub was the perfect touch on a cold night! Really great Airbnb! <br/>Close to old town Colorado Springs and Garden of the Gods.<br/>The hot tub was such a welcomed amenity after a full day of hiking.<br/>The downstairs master bedroom and bathroom were HUGE. There is honestly so much space and everything was very clean. I highly recommend! Chelsea

Cute house. Spacious and close to attractions like pikes peak and garden of the gods. Great host. Would stay again Great place, close to Old Colorado City area for dining, shopping, etc. clean and comfortable. Had a great time.
