🔑 This home is a duplex. During your stay, you’ll have full access to the entire basement-level unit, including all bedrooms, living areas, and the kitchen. Please note that the backyard and outdoor patio are reserved for the upstairs unit and are not accessible from this space. The main level is rented separately and not included in your reservation.

🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.

⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

Great place for a little stay! Wonderful location with homey accomodations. Excellent for use as a home base. No excess frills, but everything was as we expected and extremely fairly priced including a complete kitchen. The host was kind and prompt with responses. Stefanie

My family and I were in town for a wedding and Kaitlyn's place was just what we needed. <br/>Little things made our stay special from the welcoming snacks after a long drive to the designated "make up" towels. It was perfect.<br/>We did hear the people walk upstairs (nothing major) but we expected it because we are downstairs. <br/>The temperature was great for this time of the year. During warmer times they have tons of fans and a ac unit.<br/>We did not have any issues but I can see where a railing for the stairs would be helpful. <br/>When we come back we would stay here again.
