Kaitlyn was an excellent communicator. I never waited for a reply to my messages. The location of this flat is excellent - two blocks to the center of Old Colorado City, which is busting with restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops and art galleries.<br/>I did have issues with wi-fi connectivity throughout my stay and the cleaning crew didn’t do a great job with dust and kitchen grease. I let Kaitlyn know and I’m convinced she’ll correct these for future guests. <br/>The flat is nicely updated and well-maintained. Furniture is a bit dated but also kind of boho so it may just be that it’s not my personal preference.

We enjoyed our stay in Kaitlyn’s apartment in August. Situated on the second floor, the space is clean, with lots of windows, well furnished, airy, and very spacious. It felt like home! Quiet neighborhood yet walkable to shops and restaurants. Parking is available off street too. Kaitlyn was always very prompt, kind and helpful in her responses. Wonderful base from which to explore Colorado city!
