Come stay at our thoughtfully restored and historic 1926 Santa Fe-style home in Colorado Springs—just minutes from Downtown, The Olympic Training Center, Memorial Hospital, Garden of the Gods, and other iconic attractions. You will have private access to the entire main level of the home, complete with a fully stocked kitchen, living room, and bedrooms with all the essentials for a comfortable stay.
Our home is like a duplex; there is a separate side entrance and another space downstairs that we also rent to other travelers! If you need more space for friends and family, you can also rent the lower unit. Click on our profile picture to check out all our listings!
🌳 Backyard
The outdoor space is shared with other guests on the property and features a fire pit with a seating area, a new gas-powered grill, and a new, extra-large community hot tub. If you bump into other guests, you can make friends with fellow vacationers enjoying Colorado! Fire up the grill and have a cookout with everyone on the 5-burner propane grill in the fenced-in yard. Enjoy nightly s'mores as you take in the beautiful Colorado evenings.

Relax in the living room with a 65” 4k Roku Smart TV with built-in Wi-Fi, so you can continue streaming your favorite shows. The room also includes a queen-sized pull-out sofa with a comfortable memory foam mattress for additional sleeping space.

🛁 Bathroom
The bathroom includes a full-sized bathtub and is stocked with all your bathing essentials, such as high-quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, lotion, feminine products, and makeup removal wipes. You'll also find a hairdryer, first aid kit, cotton swabs, and extra toilet paper.
🧺 Laundry
The laundry room is located just below the kitchen and is shared with the lower unit. Feel free to use the recently updated washer and dryer set with complimentary fresh laundry detergent. An iron and ironing board are also available if needed. Please note that our cleaning team may need to use the washer and dryer during the cleans of the other unit between 10 am and 4 pm.

You will have complete access to the entire main level of the house with a private entrance (through the front door) and everything you see in the photos. There is a separate side entrance to the lower basement unit with its own private unit that you can also rent.
We are just a quick message away for anything you may need. You will always be able to reach our team with any issues and we are quick to respond through our messaging! You will have access to the private main level and everything in it! Kitchen, Bedrooms, Bathroom, and Living Room. The parking and backyard is also shared with our other guests. Feel free to use the BBQ in the backyard and enjoy the fire pit!

⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.
🚗 Parking: We live on the corner of a high traffic street, but have plenty of free street parking on our side street and some parking in back off of the alley too!
❄️ Air Conditioning: In the summer, each bedroom has an over-sized window AC unit so you're in control of the temperature. The living room has a free-standing AC unit too.
🍳 Kitchen: We have a full kitchen, but we do not have a dishwasher.
🛁 Hot Tub: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub so that it is clean and sanitary for all of our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at crazy cold temperatures in the winter—sometimes as low as 48°F. Our hot tub heats at about 6°F per hour, which means it will reach 102°F later in the evening if it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive, but rest assured it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.
📜 City Permit: Don't worry about your stay being cancelled at the last minute due to a violation from the City forcing the unit to shut down. We are permitted with the city.

We are repeat guests so that indicates we are pleased! Great place to stay. We visit yearly to Colorado, and have stayed here a few times. This place was my first Airbnb nightmare after years of using the app. The house has a horrible smell when you walk in. It’s in a busy street with a lot of homeless people walking around. Dirty sheets for the pullout bed. The first thing we did was try and use the toilet and it would not flush or do anything. We contacted the host and received a rude and nasty response from a guy named Dominic who isnt even listed as a host. The kitchen is very small. Floor creeks and is sticky. The only thing that looked decent was the hot tub but did not get to use it. We checked out 3 hours after arriving due to the lack of communication and consideration of the broken toilet. We had to walk to stores to use the bathroom and you have to buy stuff to use the toilet after we already paid to stay somewhere. They then stopped responding to messages after asking for solutions and waiting for them to fix the issue. Thank God Airbnb support stepped in and helped us get a better place. Would never book here Kendall
