🔑 Enjoy private access to the entire unit. The unit is one-half of a duplex (2 units on the property). The other is Rockies Rainbow Road and is also available to book.

🔑 Rockies Rainbow Road is one unit of a Duplex. The other unit is also a rental (Rockies Rainbow Road) and can be booked too if you have a large group and need double the space! (6 total bedrooms)
📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

Our family was very happy staying here. Beautiful view of the mountain range west of CO Springs. Apple Maps led us to the backside of the property, which made things a bit awkward, but we found the front drive easy enough. The space was ample even for our family of 8. The kitchen was well-stocked, even with some spices beyond just salt and pepper, besides the usual kitchen utensils. The host was extremely responsive, but we didn’t need much help because all the instructions were clear and items well-placed to be able to find. All in all, a great stay. Great stay! Home is exactly as it appears in photos. Comfy beds and a beautiful view out the front door! Vicki

The house was clean and had everything we needed for our family to spend 6 days. Kaitlyn was very fast to respond with any questions. The location is close to trails and easy to get downtown. Our family of 5 was very comfortable with space to spare. Great place, had a lovely time. Poker table was a huge hit and the hot tub was lovely
