The space

Located on the main level near the kitchen, the bathroom boasts a full-sized bathtub and is equipped with all your bathing essentials, including high-quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and more. Guest access
🔑 You will have access to the entire house and everything in it! Please make yourself at home. The keypad deadbolt lock is how you will access our listing. We will message you your unique code on the morning of your arrival for self check-in! Enter your code, hit the check mark, and make yourself at home!

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
🏡 Guesthouse: There is a guesthouse on the same property. However, everything is separated: there are different parking areas, two different houses, and two fully fenced yards. The guesthouse is just like a neighbor 🙂
❄️ Heating & Cooling: The Vibrant Victorian has central forced-air heating and window unit air conditioners to keep you comfortable year-round.
🔊 Noise Monitoring: We also have noise monitoring and occupancy tech to deter parties. It is 100% private and simply measures overall decibel levels and the number of devices in our home.

We had a lovely time at the Vibrant Victorian! Our hosts were very helpful and responsive, and the home was clean and homey. We were easily able to walk to nearby restaurants. Would gladly stay again! Jennifer

This was my first time a place through Airbnb that works with another company so there were some things that were a bit confusing in with going through a 3rd party who is also using a different 3rd party .. I wish there was more transparency with that because when the company they use (called renjoy) contacted me about contracts and pet fees, I thought it was getting scammed! I almost didn’t fill it out because I thought it was a scam and I wasn’t expecting it esp when it was requesting I pay a pet fee which I thought I already paid on Airbnb .. <br/>so again I think there should be more transparency about that and making it clear that the pet fee is NOT included in the Airbnb fee<br/>however Kaitlyn and Michael were very easy to communicate with -‘the house is darling - it is very well planned out, comfy and perfect for me, my son and our two dogs. the neighborhood was perfect location! Close to everything but very quiet and super close to bear creek dog park which my dogs loves! Beautiful area. Plenty of space Harrison
