The space
Welcome to PeakView Lil Lux, a hidden gem in the Pike’s Peak region! This stylish, modern tiny home is a thoughtfully converted garage, offering a cozy yet luxurious retreat with a large deck and breathtaking views of Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, and the Manitou Incline. Nestled on a ridge behind the main house, the views remain unobstructed and even more spectacular! You'll be just minutes from downtown Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, and Colorado Springs.

Draw the curtains to create an intimate, secluded feel in this tastefully appointed modern luxury space. The heating unit ensures warmth on chilly winter days, while the air conditioner provides quick cooling on the rare hot Colorado summer days.

The bedroom features a comfortable Queen-size bed and a TV, with plenty of natural light that fills the space, creating a warm and serene atmosphere.
🍽️ Fully-Equipped Kitchen
The kitchen is fully outfitted with everything you need: an oven/stove, half/mini fridge, coffee maker, French press, electric tea kettle, pots, pans, and all necessary accessories and utensils.

🔑PeakView Lil Lux is wonderfully setup as a private unit with a large deck, beautiful views, and its own dedicated parking space for your stay! Enjoy the unit to yourselves!

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
🔒 Security: The neighborhood is generally considered very safe, but we do have exterior security cameras on Peak View to protect the premises.
🛀 Hot Tub: We frequently drain and refill our shared hot tub to ensure it's clean and sanitary for all our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at very cold temperatures in the winter—sometimes as low as 48°. The hot tub heats at about 6° per hour, reaching 102° later in the evening if drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive, but rest assured it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.

Kaitlyn’s really thought of everything for a lovely stay. The bed is so comfortable and the shower was divine! The extra special touches are so thoughtful; coffee, snacks, and music playing upon arrival. Kaitlyn is so communicative and proactive, never left me guessing or wondering what to do. The location is fantastic and close to so much fun! I’ll definitely be coming back to stay again! Carolina

Great place with a spectacular view and amazing host! We had everything we needed! Definitely recommend This place is beautiful, and feels pretty isolated and private without actually being far away from conveniences like grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. The view from the deck is absolutely stunning, and the kitchen is great (which was a priority for me, since I wanted to cook most of my meals). Couch and bed are both comfy. I would definitely stay here again! Jared
