The space
Skyline Estate combines two uniquely designed units into one spacious retreat, offering a perfect balance of modern elegance and retro charm. Please note: There is no internal connection between the two units. Guests must access each unit separately through their respective entrances. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or enjoying the expansive backyard with panoramic views, this home is designed for comfort, fun, and unforgettable moments.

🔑 You'll have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, living areas, the kitchen, and outdoor spaces. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy everything the space has to offer. If you have any questions or need anything during your stay, just let us know—we’re happy to help!

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

Great house capable of holding a large group. Awesome views overlooking the city and mountains. Would definitely stay here again. Had a great time, it’s a beautiful view of the city from the back yard! Super comfortable and friendly host This was a great place for our large family to stay. The outdoor space was fun and well stocked. Indoors had everything we needed with some thoughtful touches.

We would stay here again! Kaitlyn's two units (listed here as one rentable house) were excellent for our little friend reunion in the Springs. Amazing views, relatively private for a residential area, two backyards, a hot tub, clean and organized, up-to-date, and a responsive host. We had an issue with the check in where the top unit did not have a working code, but Kaitlyn walked us through some options until we opted for a manual key in the lockbox. I appreciated the attention to getting things right ASAP. She was also very understanding of a delay in our checkout - we were a bit disorganized trying to find a lost cell phone (did eventually find it later!). Her patience overall shone through a ton. Really the only downsides here were the check in issue and the separation of the units (there are no internal stairs), but it's not an issue knowing this about the house going in, and might be a massive plus for two families or for a group of friends looking to have a quiet downtime area to the side.
