With plenty of outdoor seating, this space is perfect for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or stargazing in the crisp mountain air. 🚗 Parking & Accessibility Guests have access to three parking spaces in the back of the house, ensuring easy and convenient entry to the studio. Located just minutes from hiking trails, scenic drives, and top attractions, this retreat is the perfect base for your Cascade, Colorado adventure. ❄️ AC Notice: The air conditioning unit is currently out of order and scheduled for repair. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to have it fixed as soon as possible. 🧺 Shared Laundry Convenience A washer and dryer are available and shared with another unit on the property—perfect for keeping clothes fresh after a day of exploring. Guest access 🔑 You'll have full access to the entire Unit, including the bedroom, living area, the kitchenette, and outdoor spaces. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy everything the space has to offer. If you have any questions or need anything during your stay, just let us know—we’re happy to help! Other things to note 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late. 💵 Additional Fees Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you'll choose one of two options: Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card. Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days. Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment. Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests can be arranged on request, subject to availability. These cover the cost of reworking the cleaning schedule or bringing in a second cleaner. If you're looking for more availability, feel free to reach out—we may have additional space to accommodate your group! 🚗 Great Location & Access: We are situated in a prime location just off the main highway, making it incredibly easy to get to the mountains and downtown! Please note that with this convenient setting, road noise may be audible at times.
