The space
This thoughtfully designed studio blends modern comfort with mountain charm, creating a cozy retreat perfect for relaxation and adventure. Every detail, from the inviting living space to the scenic outdoor patio, is designed to make your stay unforgettable.
♨️ Hot Tub Notice: The hot tub is currently out of order and unavailable for guest use. We appreciate your understanding as we work to have it ready again as soon as possible, and in the meantime you can still enjoy the shared patio with the fire pit, BBQ grill and outdoor seating.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late.
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

great stay! clean and fresh. had one small issue that was resolved quickly. host is very responsive and house is so cute and an amazing location. minutes from manitou springs Colorado and colorado springs!
