Guest access
🔑 You'll have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, living areas, the kitchen, outdoor spaces and the Hot Tub. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy everything the space has to offer. If you have any questions or need anything during your stay, just let us know—we’re happy to help!

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

Very nice, comfortable and private space Really enjoyed the place a lot. I really didn’t care for the outside website that it takes you to for check in/out. I felt it was glitchy and not user friendly. I’ve used Airbnb tons of times and the app itself can provide those procedures. I don’t think it was very well explained from the beginning that there was a B building in the back. We tried checking in 45 mins early and we were at the front house which was not described properly. We wasted a lot of time going back and forth with the outside agency or owner to help us with the lock. This was the only thing not enjoyable. Everything else was fine. Place is nice and clean. I would stay here again when I’m town visiting family. Daniel

I loved this home in monument! It had amazing Mountain View’s. It was also very peaceful and private and not to mention the little town was beautiful and neighborhood lake was perfect for fishing. we can’t wait to go back! L

We love staying in Monument, but this redone garage needs serious TLC. Stained furniture, damaged paint/wall in living room. Can’t sit at kitchen table because chairs are too tall. Afraid to turn on stove with tilted electric coils. Vent in bathroom didn’t work. Broken bed (we opted for privacy over repair). Broken washing machine that we asked to have repaired but despite reassurances that the housekeeping staff would be responding, was not even looked at. One positive was really good water pressure in the shower.
