🔑 You'll have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, living areas, the kitchen, outdoor spaces and the Hot Tub. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy everything the space has to offer. If you have any questions or need anything during your stay, just let us know—we’re happy to help!

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

Great time and everything was as described. We definitely plan to do a return visit. Overall not worth what was paid for it hot tub didn’t work after asking before booking if it did bathroom was dirty sheets were stained lock had issues Honest review:
We enjoyed our stay overall. We liked the privacy of our own hot tub (note that right on the other side of the fence is the main house hot tub and this may also be an Airbnb). We enjoyed the small private side yard as well with the lawn chairs. This property is ran by a short term rental company that has great response time.
One experience that we had: the trash was turned over during our first night there. Unfortunately, maintenance wasn’t able to come out and fix it till after the second night. I considered picking it up myself, but when paying so much for a place to sleep it didn’t seem right.
Final note, the place itself could use some basic repairs. Floor was coming up in places and paint on the walls had been scratched off from moving furniture.
It was nice and quiet though and parking was easy and accessible.
