Welcome to Olympic Flat, a thoughtfully restored 1926 Santa Fe-style home in the heart of Colorado Springs. This lower-level unit offers private access and blends historic charm with modern conveniences. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

🚗 We are on the corner of a high traffic street, but we have plenty of free street parking on our side street and some parking in the back off of the alley too!
💧 We frequently drain and refill our hot tub so that it is clean and sanitary for all of our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at crazy cold temperatures in the winter - sometimes as low as 48°F. Our hot tub heats at about 6°F per hour, which means it will be heated to 102°F later in the evening when it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive, but rest assured, it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.View More

The stay was awesome would definitely own as a 1st home/apartment It was a great stay, minutes from downtown. It’s was nice and cozy. No problems at all. Any questions I had she responded within 3 minutes and she made sure daily I was at peace with my stay and if I needed anything to send her text. Absolutely love the communication and will definitely be choosing any of her properties in the near future. Thanks!! E

I need to start reading the whole description of the home.. I thought I had the whole house to myself. It was nice The hot tub was a big plus.
