You will also have access the to shared courtyard where you'll find a wood fire pit, seating, and the shared hot tub patio! The upstairs unit is rented out separately.

⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
🔊 Noise Notice: There may be other guests staying in the upstairs unit, which can be noisy at times. This basement-level unit is wonderful, stocked, and clean, but it may not be the best option for light sleepers.
♨️ Hot Tub Notice: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub to keep it clean and sanitary for all guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains and can be extremely cold in winter—sometimes as low as 48°F. The hot tub heats at about 6°F per hour, so if it’s been drained and refilled earlier in the day, it may be in the 60s or 70s when you arrive. Rest assured, it is heating as quickly as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.View More

Babysitter recommendations
The listing is IMHO very misleading. While they claim that the listing is "clearly labeled" as a basement, I mostly go by pictures and the filters when looking at options.<br/>I had to show up to even find out this is a BASEMENT of an INHABITED HOUSE. <br/>When I called before checking in to ask about this, they told me they couldn't do anything and that I had to talk to Airbnb. Airbnb said they would give me a portion of the cash back but that the listing agent had to approve the rest.<br/>When I talked to the listing agent, she stuck to her guns stating that the listing was pretty clear and that I "never complained" even though I:<br/>1. Called before checking in to complain<br/>2. Called Airbnb to figure it out <br/>3. Submitted a clear complaint in writing<br/>4. Rented another place expecting a full refund based on what Airbnb told me<br/>I tried to work it out with agent but she refused to even acknowledge the facts. I can't comment on the place other than it looked ghetto. H

Horrible experience
Check in, cleanliness were all fine - but the fact that it is a basement and what they don't tell you is that above is a vrbo too and there is no insulation between floors. So, when children run laps and jump off of furniture and scream and hollar, you can hear everything - even when it's starting at 6 am and lasting until past 9 pm. Don't count on a refund that is fair either, they will screw you over on all deposits and payments. RENTER BEWARE - this should not be a vrbo when the one above is rented. awful experience. Great place and very nice host. Kaitlyn’s Airbnb was pretty awesome! This is the second time I have stayed here within the past year. The only problem that I had was the amount of noise coming from the upstairs unit. This however was not any fault to the host. Quiet hours are posted but guest refused to adhere to them. Other than that, it was amazing to stay here.
