👥 Occupancy
Our unit comfortably accommodates up to 8 overnight guests. Please note that city regulations prohibit more than 8 people overnight in the unit at any given time.

To ensure a peaceful environment for all tenants and neighbors, we have a strict "No Party" policy in place.
🔇 Quiet Hours
Please observe quiet hours from 10pm to 8am, and ensure that all guests in your party respect these guidelines.
🚭 Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the unit. A minimum $250 penalty fee will be charged if smoking is detected during your stay.
🔞 Minimum Age
Guests named on the reservation must be at least 18 years old and present throughout the duration of the stay.
⏰ Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in time is at or after 4pm, and check-out is at or before 10am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
🔒 Security
For your security and peace of mind, we have exterior cameras to deter package theft and prevent parties. Inside the unit, we use noise monitoring devices to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests. Please note that there are no cameras or audio recording devices inside the unit.

🚗 Street Parking: Street parking is simple and free—just be sure not to block the neighbors' driveways, and then walk on up the front stairs.
Other things to note
📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a smooth check-in experience, your unique code and check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Late Checkout Fee: Unauthorized late checkout incurs a fee of $20 per half hour late.
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

My crew was happy with this place and requested to stay there again for the following week of work. Very nice place, everything is close to the house so close that you can go walking, Kaitlyn is very responsive. I’ll definitely book this place again if I go back to Colorado Springs Loved this house! Perfect for a quick getaway with our kids! Alicia

Absolutely fabulous location, we felt safe, and had awesome views of the beautiful Colorado Springs mountains. Practically walking distance from the grocery store and additional shopping was a short distance away. The home was clean and well maintained. Easy check in and checkout. I would readily stay at this location again. It met all my needs for an away location. Would recommend ten out of ten!
