📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late.
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. The kitchen/living room/dining room were super spacey and great. The kids loved the hot tub. There were several units attached to this house that we were unaware of. There is a door in the master bedroom that leads out into the hot tub area of another unit and then there are 2 other apartments in the back. We had issues with smelling smoke and marijuana through our vents into our house. We also could hear the upstairs unit a lot in the master bedroom. It wasn't private like we had liked for our family vacation. We enjoyed our stay. Beds could have been a little softer and the couches were pretty worn out. Great location. Close to many of the things we like to see and do in the Springs Area. House was more than big enough if you are visiting with a large family. The heater worked great, the Hot Tub did take a little while to heat up but did maintain temperature and was very nice. Great for a family going to The North Pole Santas Workshop, Pikes Peak Highway, Garden of the Gods, Woodland Park, etc. Would stay here with our family to go and do things, but this was an anniversary trip, and it was not very private and was very noisy being close to a major road. My wife did not find the mattress very comfortable, but it did the job. Issues with being locked out a couple times and had to call to get let in. Showers and kitchen were awesome, and it was nice having a hot tub but to be fair and honest it is not the best for a secluded couple's getaway because of the noise and additional units close by. We would stay with our kids and grandkids but for romantic seclusion this may not suit everyone. Everything was perfect, highly recommend!!
