Guest access 🔑 During your stay with us, you'll enjoy complete access to the entire home. While the garage is not for parking, enjoy all the games we have set up for your evenings in! Feel free to explore and make yourself at home in every room and area.. Other things to note 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you'll choose one of two options: Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card. Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days. Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment. Pet Fee: For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests can be arranged on request, subject to availability. These cover the cost of reworking the cleaning schedule or bringing in a second cleaner. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability. ❄️ Driveway Note: Please note that our driveway can be challenging in snow. We recommend a 4WD or AWD vehicle due to its length and steepness. This ensures safe access when plowing or shoveling might be delayed.
