📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

It’s such a good home right there. Happy to be there Breathtaking views! The home itself is stunning. There’s plenty to do at the home itself, but if you don’t mind a little drive there is plenty to do in towns/cities nearby. Plenty of souvenir shops nearby! We visited the Garden of the Gods, which I highly recommend for anyone traveling with their fur babies, along with Red Rock Canyon! At the home, it’s very easy to just get lost in the views, I highly recommend enjoying the views from the hot tub! We had such a beautiful experience, we’re definitely planning to book again. The view is absolutely amazing. We saw wildlife every time we came to the property, deer, turkey, a fox, and a bunny. Yecenia

I’ll start with the cons to end on a good note. Very minor things such as the previous guest left there trash and was never picked up after letting the host know. It did end up smelling really bad. Other than that it was a perfect get away from Texas with amazing views and amenities. It is very close to attractions but away from all the commotion of city. Love it! Also a very easy check out no hassle at all :) would definitely come again and recommend.
