Please note that the upstairs unit is typically rented separately; however, for larger groups seeking additional privacy, the entire house can be booked. It's important to mention that when the upstairs unit is booked, there may be some minimal noise from above.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. This was the perfect place to stay while visiting my kids. Kaitlyn gave me a special rate for staying over a week. Nice basement apartment with lighted path, private yard, spacious living space. This is advertised as a retreat, which I desperately needed. The place itself is fine, but it’s the downstairs of a traditional home. It’s not sound proofed at all (from what I can tell) and the family upstairs had kids running around day and night. I know the host cannot control this, but it probably shouldn’t be sold as a restful retreat space. Massiana
