In June of 2022, we completely renovated our home and are thrilled to share this beautiful space with you! Enjoy staying in a thoughtfully decorated and curated home designed with your comfort in mind.

Relax in the cozy living room featuring a 55” 4k Roku Smart TV with built-in Wi-Fi, perfect for streaming your favorite shows. The room also includes a queen-sized pull-out sofa with a comfortable memory foam mattress, ideal for extra guests or the kiddos.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a wide variety of pots, pans, spices, and cooking utensils, allowing you to cook your favorite meals just like at home. Start your mornings with fresh coffee from our Keurig, stocked with coffee pods and creamer in the fridge.

Indulge in the luxurious King bed with fluffy pillows and crisp linens. The room also features a 43" Smart TV and a private en-suite bathroom with a beautifully tiled shower.

Rest comfortably in the Queen bed, complete with fluffy pillows and luxurious linens. The room includes a closet with a luggage rack and hangers for your belongings.

The bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower and all your bathing essentials, including high-quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, feminine products, and makeup removal wipes. Additional amenities include a hairdryer, a first aid kit, and toilet paper.

The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and dining al fresco, featuring a fire pit with a seating area, a new gas-powered grill, and a glass dining table. Fire up the grill for a cookout in the fenced-in yard, and enjoy nightly s'mores as you take in the beautiful Colorado evenings.

Our garage has been transformed into an amazing hangout space! It includes a pool table, couch, table and chairs, fridge, and a TV. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring and create lasting memories with family and friends.

Amenities
Kaitlyn place was very nice and clean.. I personally love the fact that we had extra paper towels, garbage bags and tissue.. I also love the snacks and beverages she had there complementary. We finally got one day to enjoy the game room but definitely enjoyed the fire pit every night… The house was very chilly at times but she also has space heaters to accommodate that.. We had dishes, pots pans seasonings oil etc.. propane for the grill and pit…which was a really big plus.. we also were surrounded by everything!! Go try Colorado city creamery around the corner Best 🥰😘🤩 ice cream in your life.. This house was nice and cozy. Kaitlyn ( the host) was kind and very responsive. Next timeI am in this area, I would love to rent this property again. I have stayed at several of Kaitlyn’s places in the area for business trips. They all are very clean and well maintained! Kaitlyn is an awesome host and always very helpful! This place was no different!
