Guest access
🔑 While staying in our home, you will have full access to the main part of the house to include the fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, as well as the screened-in covered porch which are all private areas of the house for this listing. You may also access and used the shared laundry room with 2 other units with a full sized washer and dryer! Our goal is for you to not only make yourself at home, but to truly feel at home and at peace while staying here in OCC!
Similar to a hotel room, we rent out the master bedroom/bathroom unit which is on the other end of the house, completely separate with its own private entrance, and keyless entry to the shared laundry room, which is the only shared area.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

This was a very seamless experience and a relaxing stay. We flew into town for a funeral, so it was nice to have a reliable, clean, conveniently located place as many other things were on our minds that needed to be taken care of. We were disappointed the hot tub was under repair as we had really wanted that, but Kaitlyn at Renjoy compensated us at what I believe was very fair amount, and that was really appreciated. <br/>It was spacious and clean - plenty of room to spread out. We played shuffleboard and enjoyed some of the relaxing seasonal rooms. Each night we were exhausted, so it was nice to be able to collapse into the comfy bedding<br/>This place will stay on my list for future visits- for myself or for others who come into town to visit my family! Inside the home was very beautiful. The communication was easy. Because there are two other units/spaces attached to the house, we could hear the other folks in the background - that was a little weird (we didn't read the description well enough). The laundry machines are shared with the other renters and cleaning crew -FYI. There are two parking spots out front with stairs to the entrance, so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. The closet door in the master was falling off - I am sure they fixed it by now. Also, we noticed loose tile on the floor of the master bath. While the close neighbors was odd, after the first day we didn't notice. We walked the neighborhood at night and did experience a few folks who had us on a little alert. Very cute coffee shops minutes away in their downtown area. Overall, the inside was great, last minute price was very fair and we appreciated the quick communication. Amazing place. Very big.
