š While staying in our home, you will have full access to the main part of the house to include the hot tub for enjoyment at any time, the fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, as well as the screened-in covered porch which are all private areas of the house for this listing. You may also access and used the shared laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer! Our goal is for you to not only make yourself at home, but to truly feel at home and at peace while staying here in OCC!
Similar to a hotel room, we rent out the master bedroom/bathroom unit which is on the other end of the house, completely separate with its own private entrance, and keyless entry to the shared laundry room, which is the only shared area.

š Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, weāll provide details for completing the agreement.
š Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. Youāll use this code for entry.
ā Starter Supply: Weāve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

Exterior security cameras on property
Inside the home was very beautiful. The communication was easy. Because there are two other units/spaces attached to the house, we could hear the other folks in the background - that was a little weird (we didn't read the description well enough). The laundry machines are shared with the other renters and cleaning crew -FYI. There are two parking spots out front with stairs to the entrance, so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. The closet door in the master was falling off - I am sure they fixed it by now. Also, we noticed loose tile on the floor of the master bath. While the close neighbors was odd, after the first day we didn't notice. We walked the neighborhood at night and did experience a few folks who had us on a little alert. Very cute coffee shops minutes away in their downtown area. Overall, the inside was great, last minute price was very fair and we appreciated the quick communication. Jordyn
