🔑 You will have access to the entire house and everything in it! Please make yourself at home. The keypad deadbolt lock is how you will access our listing. We will message you your unique code on the morning of your arrival for self check-in! Enter your code, hit the check mark, and make yourself at home!

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
🏡 Guesthouse: There is a guesthouse on the same property. However, everything is separated: there are different parking areas, two different houses, and two fully fenced yards. The guesthouse is just like a neighbor 🙂

🔊 Noise Monitoring: We also have noise monitoring and occupancy tech to deter parties. It is 100% private and simply measures overall decibel levels and the number of devices in our home.

We really enjoyed our stay! Location is great and close to restaurants and hiking spots. The home is spacious and had everything that we needed! The hosts are great communicators, were quick to answer any questions, and regularly checked on us to see if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend staying here for a trip to Colorado Springs! Christopher

Great place to stay, host was very responsive. Highly recommend this location! We had several issues during our stay. Keypad didn’t work (fortunately a backup key was available). We found animal droppings in the kitchen, (management offered to clean but it felt too intrusive). The fire pit’s gas canister was empty & wasn’t replaced for two days because of repeated follow-ups, so bought one myself. Although refunded, it meant doing work on a day meant for relaxing. There was only one wine glass and one small and one giant pot for cooking; while replacements arrived the next day, it was another disruption. The bedroom blinds were broken and the couch was in poor condition. The listing photos showed a backyard swing, but it wasn’t there. The property forced us to use a third-party site for check-in and check-out, something that seems to violate Airbnb rules. While responsive, their replies felt AI generated and focused on upselling future stays instead of fixing problems. Past guests hinting at similar issues. Something is not right with this property.
